Ivan Vlašić graduated in sociology at the the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb and has been into journalism for many years, from writing for various magazines and portals to doing radio journalism. He has done editing for numerous shows, mostly those dedicated to alternative music, at various radio stations, and has been working as the editor-in-chief of Radio Student for 13 years. He was active in the work of several civil society organizations, mostly in the field of environmental protection. He organized a number of concerts in Zagreb and its surroundings, led numerous radio projects and played in various bands. He loves nature and long walks, rough music and gentle people.
